What this site is

GastoniaBaseball.com is an independent community effort exploring whether local people could own a stake in a professional baseball team in Gastonia, NC. It is not affiliated with the City of Gastonia, the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball or any current or former team or ownership group.

Testing the waters

GastoniaBaseball.com is gauging community interest only. No money or other consideration is being solicited, and if sent in response, it will not be accepted. No offer to buy securities can be accepted and no part of any purchase price can be received until an offering statement is filed and only through a registered intermediary’s platform (or another lawful exemption). An indication of interest involves no obligation or commitment of any kind. No ownership entity has been formed and nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: name, email, ZIP code, optional phone, your non-binding interest and comments.
• Whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked, so we know what’s useful.
• Anonymous page counts. We don’t use advertising cookies, and our built-in analytics don’t store your IP address.

How we use it

To keep you informed about this effort and to show, in totals only, how much community interest exists. We never sell or rent your information. Individual answers are never published. If a formal ownership entity is created later, we may share your contact information with it so you can stay informed, and you can opt out at any time.
